Seaquest Prima 38 „Wild Thing“ | Fast Cruiser-Racer | Carbon Rig | IRC 1.042 | Offshore Proven | Southampton
Seaquest Prima 38 „Wild Thing“„Wild Thing“ is a beautifully maintained and exceptionally capable Seaquest Prima 38, the final example of only 25 Prima 38s ever built. Designed by renowned yacht designer Stephen Jones, she combines genuine offshore performance with comfortable cruising accommodation, making her equally at home on the racecourse, during offshore passages, or family cruising adventures.
Built by Seaquest Yachts in Dubai in 2006, Wild Thing represents one of the most desirable examples of this respected design. The Prima 38’s easily driven hull form, responsive handling and balanced sail plan have earned the model an excellent reputation amongst both racers and cruising sailors.
Her offshore credentials are impressive, having successfully completed two AZAB (Azores and Back) campaigns together with numerous RORC and JOG races, demonstrating both reliability and seaworthiness. For competitive sailors, her 2026 IRC rating of 1.042 provides an attractive and proven platform under handicap racing.
