This former motorlaunch of the Royal Navy of the Netherlands was built around 1900 at the Naval Dockyard in Den Helder, the Netherlands. With her distinctive steep bow, elegant classic lines and traditional wooden construction, she is a real eye-catcher. Her round-bilged hull is carvel-built in teak, with an oak keel timber and a deck made of Guariuba hardwood. In 2007, the vessel underwent an extensive refit.
